Well, he needs to vent somewhere and you're it. Just blow it off. He didn't say he was going to cut you off. Obviously, he can't talk to your brother... I'd forget it right after he calls and be VERY happy that I was getting an education to take care of myself henceforth and that I didn't live with my dad anymore. Look at the bright side!

Sit down and as calmly as U can write dear old dad a letter explaining that is calling the wrong person up, and that he should be doing this to your brother, not U.
Ask him in the letter if he would like an itemized list of your expenditures? Then ask him to do the same for the spendthrift sibling. He may, or may not get the picture.
Do U think he is doing this because he gets the two of U mixed up?
U can also hang up on him next time he is so rude to U. Or U could jokingly say something like "Hey Dad, I'll give U the correct phone number if U want to talk to the person who is wasting your money."
