She may have been traumatized by her 10 days at the vet. She didn't know where you were, what was happening, etc, so of course she was scared.
Try sitting her on your lap and brushing her fur at least twice a day. She may enjoy the interaction with you, and be reassured.
Also, have a look at her skin, to make sure there aren't any skin problems which are contributing to her hair-pulling.
